A full practical day for dog trainers who want to develop their understanding of the retrieve and confidently help clients overcome common training problems.

Throughout the day, you’ll work with your own dog while breaking the retrieve into its individual elements, exploring practical ways to improve the pick-up, hold, return and delivery. We’ll then progress these skills into retrieve searches and enjoyable training challenges.

You’ll leave with live, practical coaching experience plus two complete workshops to deliver to your own scent-work clients:

• Workshop One: Retrieve development and problem-solving exercises

• Workshop Two: Retrieve search games and challenges

Open to UK Sniffer Dogs instructors and other trainers who teach scent work. Non-UKSD trainers may use the learning within their own training but cannot advertise the workshops using UK Sniffer Dogs branding.
