I have just completed the Bronze course with my wire-haired Daschound Dora ( proof that any size and shape can do this). Nigel has been excellent as an instructor and has made the course informative, fun, engaging and above all both myself and Dora now have new skills. Nigel brings a passion and wealth of knowledge to his teaching and nothing is too much trouble and will happily explain the process and thinking behind the science. Having worked with trainers in various disciplines in the past Nigel is definitely up there with the best. Looking forward to now progressing our knowledge further. Thank you Nigel keep doing what you do and being you!

Me and Willow loved doing the Bronze training with Nigel and he was BRILLIANT. Willow can be really nervy and Nigel was completely wonderful at making us both feel right at home and ensuring that the small group we were in was safe and welcoming. The training has really helped calm some of her worries, direct her attention, and given us another fun way to spend time together. It's helped her confidence and it's been wonderful to see her find a new trusted friend in Nigel. Already looking forward to progressing. I've worked with a few trainers and Nigel is hands down the best. I can't recommend him enough - he's spot on!

My husband and I completed the bronze course with Frankie my English Springer and Polly my Labrador. Having done many other disciplines with my different dogs over the years, I have met many instructors, some of which I would not want to revisit. However, Nigel shows knowledge and professionalism and understands the different characters of each individual dog and the characters of that dog's handler, which is unique. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel and his scenting courses to anyone who is interested in pursuing this discipline with their dogs.

I recently completed the silver scentwork course with my Labrador, Monza. Monza has a lot of energy, so it has been great to channel this into scentwork. Nigel’s guidance has really helped us to understand how to get the most out of the sessions, and it has been fantastic to see the progress Monza has made. He is now able to do a scent retrieve and has learnt two new scents. The classes are well structured with lots of great input from Nigel, and the demos with Nigel’s dog Red are really helpful too! Highly recommended, thank you Nigel!

Well Archie & I have recently Achieved the Bronze Award "Brilliant" Archie a rescue show/working Cocker Spaniel who will soon be 12 years old, Archie has always shown enthusiasm but with Nigels positive and encouraging guidance has truly unleashed Archies true potential to do more! I finished the Bronze Sniffer Training today with my dachshund, Dash. Nigel was a fantastic trainer and really helped both me and Dash to become confident in the training. I highly recommend sniffer training as it is so natural and rewarding for the dogs. I’ve never seen Dash so calm yet excited at the same time. Nigel has a lot of great tips and ideas for support with training and I cannot wait to continue training Dash in such a positive and rewarding way! Thank you so much Nigel (and Red!) for your expertise, kindness and support ☺️

Sniffer dog training was recommended to me as an alternative mental outlet for my wire haired viszla who struggles to maintain any interest or focus in training sessions This proved to be a turning point and we both throughly enjoyed the training delivered by Nigel He has taken into account Woodys personality and helped us achieve remarkable results I never imagined possible. We have completed both the bronze and Silver courses and use it as a training method at home. If your looking to have a go in this fun discipline Nigel is definitely your man 😊

I have recently completed a bronze course with my nervous rescue spaniel Willow. Nigel was a brilliant instructor and Willows confidence grew each week. My expectations of what Willow was capable of achieving were blown out of the water by how good she actually was. And it was all down to the excellent tuition provided by Nigel. We have now booked ourselves for the silver level. Anyone in the Worcestershire area thinking of doing sniffer training with your dogs Nigel is your man 100%

I recently completed the Bronze scent training course with my young rescue dog, Ava. Although sweet natured, Ava gets very easily overstimulated and becomes very hyperactive. Nigel suggested that scent training might help her as it would give her an outlet for her natural behaviours and give her mental stimulation. Ava has absolutely loved the course, and she has done so well. Nigel explains how important the olfactory system is to a dog, and it's been incredible to see how all four dogs on the course have enjoyed using their natural instincts. The dogs attending all different breeds, and each showed their own flair and style when it came to demonstrating to their owners when they had discovered the scent. The nervous dogs have grown in confidence in just four weeks, and any reactivity has reduced because they were busy concentrating on their tasks. Highly recommend this course for all dog owners, and it's strengthened my bond with Ava. She adores Nigel and that is a testament in itself!
