SILVER Online Scent Detection Trial

 Congratulations on completing your Silver level online course!  

Please see below the information you need to know to carry out a Silver Online Trial.... We look forward to seeing your videos, remember to have fun with it! 

IMPORTANT: You have 90 days from date of purchase to submit your trial via the online learning portal!

Requirements 

• Video each of the 4 searches with your dog
• Log into the UKSD Learning Portal (details provided upon purchase) for further instructions on how to conduct the trial and how to submit your videos.
• Please let us know when you submit your videos if you're happy for them to be posted on our social media!
• Your video will then be assessed by one of the UK Sniffer Dogs Silver Coaches.

IMPORTANT:  We are happy for you to feed at source on all finds, but indication must be clear enough to camera.  We are looking for no pawing, biting, vocalisation. On searches where there are multiple hides out, please remove the hide when the dog finds it before continuing to search for the remaining hides.

Novel environment - 20 sqm x 4 Hides (4 x GUN OIL BUDS) fence panels, garage doors, phone box, post box, bus stop, corridors, haystacks, brick walls etc

Retrieve Search 1 x Catnip Toy Hide

Note: Delivery to hand on your retrieve search earns a minus 20 seconds off of your total time.
